Sharon Yvonne Stone was born on March 10 the year 1958 in Meadville, Pennsylvania, to the accountant Dorothy Lawson and tool and die manufacturer as well as former worker in the factory Joseph William Stone II. Michael, Kelly and Patrick are her three siblings. Stone began second grade in kindergarten at the age of five. She was a graduate of Saegertown High School in Saegertown, Pennsylvania, in 1975. Additionally, she participated in Miss Pennsylvania. Miss Pennsylvania pageant and won Miss Crawford County. Stone and her Aunt in 1977, relocated to New Jersey for a modeling job. She signed with Ford Modeling Agency a week further. Soon after, Stone relocated into Europe and spent an entire year living in Milan as well as Paris. However, Stone became disillusioned with modeling and fashion within Europe and decided to go into acting while in the country. She was 20 when she appeared in Woody Allen's film "Stardust Memories" with mixed receptions.
